Jin Heung Precision Co. was established on August 1, 1991 as a company which specializes in the building and manufacturing of precision mold and production of ultra-precision parts for automobiles and electronic goods.Fifteen years ago, a professional mountain climber found many problems with the quality and performance of climbing crampons sold in the markets and embarked upon the idea of developing climbing crampons himself. The news about the superior quality and performance of his climbing crampons spread by word of mouth, and attracted the attention of famous leisure goods manufacturing cpmpanies. The climbing crampon was finally brought to market by OEM.Since the year 2000, we have implemented a quality management system within the company to approach customers and to document their diverse demands in the development of our own brand "SNOWLINE". We also used the system to establish production, sales, and the service network for our customers. We registered our trademark, and then began sales nationwide. In 2002, after research for about one year, we developed the functional slipsole, conforming to the shape of the foot, and suited to the pace, and gait of Koreans. As a reasonably priced substitution for imports, it has gained a good reputation with customers nationwide.The greatest merit of our product is that we utilize 2/1,000mm processing technology, which is applied to the manufacturing of high precision electronic parts for the production of leisure goods. We applied it to the manufacturing of climbing crampons and the functional insole to improve the quality and performance of the products.Furthermore, in our continued efforts towards 100% customer satisfaction and quality management, we acquired "ISO9001-2000 / KS A 9001-2001" certification
